WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT BLUE OWL BREWING:
Our Sour Sanctuary is a unique experience where we offer draft pours, traditional flights, and our OG tasting experience. Our bartenders are happy to talk about our various beer selections with you during your visit. With 16 taps, we want everyone to find a beer they absolutely enjoy and maybe a few styles they didn’t expect! We offer a range of beers, from main-stays and seasonal to specialty beers like taproom exclusives, barrel-aged, one-offs that we’re testing out and looking for feedback on, and even some fancy, expensive variations. Originally an all-sour brewery, we now offer non-sours and hard seltzers as well!
Enjoy single pours, traditional flights, or our on-site tasting experience where you purchase a commemorative glass for keeps and get four complimentary pours of your choice!
Other Fun Facts:
- Come One, Come All! – Children are welcome at Blue Owl. We ask that they wear shoes if walking around.
- We Love Your Pets! – Well-behaved pets are welcome inside and on our patio. Our space is cozy so please be respectful of others.
- “What Do You Have That’s Not Sour?” – We offer our alternative brews of gluten-free Austin Hard Seltzers and non-sour line, Bob’s Fine Beers. You’ll typically find Bob’s Fine Pilsner and Bob’s Eastside Juicy IPA on tap, along with our newest seasonal offerings. We also provide non-alcohol drinks including Waterloo sparking water, High Brew Coffee, Southside Soda, and housemade Gramma Jeff’s Ice Tea.
- Snacks On Snacks! – We have a small kitchen on-site offering grazing boards, hummus plates, Mmmpanadas, and more! Outside food is welcome and occasionally we have food vendor pop-ups. Check out our upcoming events here!
