Kicking off this special series is Alpha – West Coast IPA. Expect a sturdy, clean bitterness that lays the foundation for a burst of pine, grapefruit, and mango—bold, aromatic, and endlessly drinkable. This modern West Coast style is a crisp, clean showcase of hops, delivering flavors that shine.
Following the crisp boldness of Alpha comes Beta, a Double Dry-Hopped Hazy IPA that dives headfirst into a softer, juicier realm. Beta is bursting with bright citrus and ripe berry flavors, rounded out by subtle notes of pear, pineapple, and melon. It’s a hazy pour with an aromatic punch that keeps you coming back for more.
Following the Beta comes Zeta, a New Zealand IPA a moderately bitter IPA with notes of nectarines, gooseberries, mango, and other refreshing stone fruit. We’ve slightly sweetened the malt bill using light crystal malts. Its vibrant hop profile—featuring Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Rakau—brings a burst of juicy character with a crisp, dry finish.
Last but certaintly not least is Omega, a Double Rye IPA with slight malty sweetness, balanced with subtle spice from the rye, and bright mango-orange citrus from the hops
