Tony Norris | Owner
Favorite Beer:Lime In The Coconut
“I have to say Lime in the Coconut was my favorite this year. A truly special Milkshake IPA that just feels like beachy summer vacation in a can. Perfectly balanced sweet and tart!”

Adam Vohl | Brewer
Favorite Beer:Bob’s Cold One
“Cold One is my favorite in 2025 because, it’s easy to brew and even easier to drink. A light and bready lager, that goes down smooth and finish’s crisp & refreshing ”

Brandon Perry | Taproom
Favorite Beer:Bobtoberfest
“Märzen beers have always been one of my favorite styles and every year I go hunting for new imports to try. Our Oktoberfest this year was incredible. It was light and crushable like a Festbier but had that signature malt taste you want with an Oktoberfest beer.”

Elsie Greer | Graphic Designer
Favorite Beer:Yessiree Bob’s Kölsch
“Bob’s Kölsch is my go-to for any situation. Hanging in the taproom, working in the yard, or swimming at Emma Long – this refreshing Kölsch just hits right. But I have to give honorable mention to Dapper Devil…the sneakiest sour around.”

Jacob King | Brewer
Favorite Beer:Cool & The Gang
“The subtle, bitter finish of the tea isn’t what you’d expect from a beer, and when you mix it with the sour mash from the brewing process it gives a nice lemon tea flavor. This beer has also taught me a lot about what’s possible via dry hopping, so I’m excited to try new dry ingredients in our beers in 2026!.”
Top Ranking Favorite Beer: Mango Chamoy
Our team has spoken, and it’s been made pretty clear that Mango Chamoy stole the show in 2025. Served cold and thick, Mango Chamoy is made for slow sips and wide grins. Drink it straight or rim your glass with Tajín for the full mangonada moment—no straw required. Read why Mango Chamoy made it to #1 on our list!

Danny Ochoa | Head Brewer
Favorite Beer: Mango Chamoy
“This beer is an ode to those delightful treats my brothers and I used to enjoy as children growing up in San Antonio. It’s got a little bit of everything; fruity sweetness, spices, some floral qualities, and of course, it’s sour. Mango Chamoy is tasty, unique, and it was incredibly fun to produce. It’s even more fun to drink!”
Emily Miller | Taproom
Favorite Beer: Mango Chamoy with ¡Limetastico!
“Mango Chamoy + Limetastico mixed together. My favorite mixed drink. A match made in heaven!”
Jeff Young | Co-Owner/Executive-Brewer
Favorite Beer: Mango Chamoy
“I always really enjoy innovation and using new and complex ingredients. Mango Chamoy put all that to the test with its spices, herbs, and fruits. There’s the assumption on brewday that it won’t be exactly what we thought, but this beer nailed it on the head!”
