There’s a new seasonal professor on campus! Adjunct Professor Black isn’t your substitute but a new class of sour imperial stout with groovy chocolate and funky orange.

We all know that chocolate and orange jive together like turtle necks and elbow patches. The chocolate is a swirling mix of cacao nibs, roasted malt, and vanilla on a smooth, oatmeal imperial stout platform. The bright orange flavor and aroma comes from orange peels and oil bursting from the acidity of our natural souring process.

Complex and rich, Adjunct Professor Black has all the chocolate-orange flavor you love without having to smash it open!

Flavor profile: Big, bold, yet smooth. Rich chocolate and roasted malts rounded out by a hearty oat addition supports a bright, tart citrus flavor and aroma.
