Dessert’s on tap again, and this batch​ tastes like fall in a glass. Our Pastry Gose series is brewed with all the ingredients you’d reach for if you were baking it at home. Each small-batch release brings a new treat, and this one’s no exception.

Our sixth ​b​atch out of the brewhouse is Pumpkin Pie — a warmly spiced sour with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and vanilla wrapped around a smooth pumpkin filling. A sprinkle of salt ties it all together, balancing sweet and tart like the perfect slice of holiday pie. Crack one open and let autumn find you​.
