Tangerina uses the citrus and vanilla flavors from the Lotus hop and the citrus character from Mandarina Bavaria hop to form a hoppy canvas for generous additions of bright tangerine and smooth, rich Madagascar bourbon vanilla. This IPA is then enriched by the interplay of sourness from our sour-mashing and smooth, sweetness from a moderate addition of milk sugar.
